We currently have many contractors and vendors procuring hundreds of millions of dollars in construction materials annually through the platform.

Position Summary

As an Implementation Consultant, you will lead end-to-end software implementations, ensuring that customers achieve maximum ROI and business impact from SubBase. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, business process understanding, and client-facing skills to drive adoption and optimize rollout strategies.

You will be responsible for identifying key areas of impact within the product, developing customized implementation plans, and proactively managing risks associated with stakeholders, organizational processes, and market conditions. Additionally, you will help define and document internal best practices for implementation and integrations while contributing to organizational development projects to drive long-term success in Customer Success and beyond.

This role is client-facing, highly strategic, and critical to our growth. It will require occasional travel, with an average of up to two weeks per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complete software implementations from start to finish, focusing on smooth client adoption and value delivery
• Create client-customized implementation strategies and corresponding rollout plans based on thorough analysis of client requirements
• Identify and address potential challenges involving key stakeholders, business processes, and market factors
• Create and maintain implementation playbooks and integration guidelines based on proven success patterns
• Support company growth through strategic projects that improve customer success and overall operations
• Work closely with internal teams to optimize implementation processes and ensure product effectiveness
• Travel to client sites as needed (approximately 2 weeks per month) to ensure successful implementations
