Position Summary

SubBase is looking for a highly technical and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development of SubBase’s ML and Integrations platform. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of creating and deploying AI-driven products and experience building integrations that align with enterprise systems like ERPs. You will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering solutions that empower our customers to operate more efficiently by harnessing the power of AI and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Strategy and Vision:

• Own the vision and strategy for SubBase’s ML and Integrations platform in alignment with the company’s overall product strategy and customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI to enhance user workflows and deliver measurable business value.
• Define objectives and key results that help achieve key company goals

AI Product Development:

• Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to conceptualize, build, and deploy AI-driven features that achieve established OKRs
• Define requirements for integrating pre-trained models (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini) and developing custom ML models.
• Ensure AI solutions are explainable, user-friendly, and deliver actionable insights.

Enterprise Integrations:

• Lead the design and implementation of integrations with enterprise products like ERPs, ensuring data flows seamlessly between systems.
• Define API requirements, data mapping, and connectivity strategies to support scalable, secure integrations.
